The company’s internal staff are very energetic, and its systems are well established, but its management style is rather old-fashioned.
(The boss cares a lot about employees’ participation in activities, so they hope employees do not miss events such as company trips and year-end banquets.)
During the interview, I filled out basic information, took a mathematics test, completed chemistry calculations, and took a personality test.
After finishing, I interviewed with the supervisor. The supervisor explained the job duties in a clear and easy-to-understand way. The conversation was fairly relaxed and pressure-free. The entire interview focused on the work and the company itself, without asking too many questions about personal privacy.
I can’t think of anything for the time being.
