Only payday at the end of each month can soothe the soul.
A bunch of managers only know how to engage in internal power struggles, thinking about how to keep their jobs and curry favor with those in power, while desperately laying off the people who actually do the work below them. The whole company has been cut down to almost a two-digit headcount, yet the toxic elements are still there...
There are no standards for layoffs~ Work ability and performance aren't considered. If you want to survive, go build good relationships with people who have power. That's it.
The people at the top have an “get whatever you can” mentality; no one is genuinely thinking about the company. They engage in factional infighting, the quality of the work is poor, and then, with no projects to work on, they can only deceive themselves by making a bunch of IPs that no one looks at. There's absolutely no future anymore... It's just hanging on without having shut down yet..
