Pros
The salary is fairly transparent: NT$26,000–28,000.
Cons
A single position is used to hire multiple people, who compete against one another to see who gets to stay.
However, they never tell the interviewees upfront that only one person can remain. The person who leaves ends up working for nothing; for eight hours of work in a day, the actual pay is NT$670, which is equivalent to an hourly wage of just over NT$80.
They pressure you to clock in early and leave late. After working here for more than 20 days, I received just over NT$14,000. This is basically a predatory company.
