Cons
1. The boss's wife is extremely emotional and yells at people at the slightest thing.
2. The book-publishing process is extremely rudimentary. The boss (company president) thinks that editing and proofreading just means looking for typos.
3. Editors are also responsible for printing-related duties. These two entirely unrelated categories of work leave editors with no time to do what editors are supposed to do.
4. The turnover rate is extremely high.
