No advantages
A family-owned business. The boss is very emotional, speaks rudely and offensively, and shouts whenever displeased.
Overtime is extremely common, averaging two hours a day, and overtime pay is not provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.
They are constantly unable to hire international trade staff. Employee turnover is extremely high, and there are many miscellaneous tasks to handle.
One person has to do the work of three people, working extremely hard. Not only will the boss not thank you for staying in such an environment, but they will also criticize you for what you did poorly.
A very inhumane company.
The boss's speech is not only emotional but sometimes also humiliates people (for example: "你很了然" in Taiwanese, an insulting expression).
