1. A large company, a good stepping stone, suitable for gaining experience.
2. Stable, suitable for people without ambition.
Overall, it is not a pleasant company to stay at.
1. Although the news reports that it earns tens of billions, there seems to be no intention of giving employees a raise. Compensation, year-end bonuses, and profit sharing are all quite ordinary. The Little Chef instant-noodle department is especially poor! The female assistant surnamed Wu is incompetent, likes to cause trouble, and arbitrarily gives unjustified year-end evaluations.
2. There is no proper channel for filing complaints about bullying, targeting, or sexual harassment.
3. Bad money drives out good: internal conflict is severe, and everyone only seeks to protect themselves. The work mainly involves placating senior management and teaching procedures.
4. Unlike other companies, there are no company movie screenings, outings and group meals, sports days, or similar activities. The workforce is generally older and less energetic, so young people do not stay long; they resign after being unable to tolerate it a few months after joining.
5. A court-like, dynastic corporate culture. It is easy for people to deceive those above them and conceal things from those below; frontline employees are the easiest to exploit.
