Max, the boss, even personally took me to a nightclub, since personal consulting usually costs money, so I felt like I really got a great deal. What moved me most was that he was even willing to help me resolve my relationship problems in the middle of the night.

Max has expectations of everyone on the team, and you can’t slack off just because you’re an intern, so take special note of that if you come here for an internship.

Also, small companies often have unexpected situations—for example, when an advertisement isn’t performing well—and you have to put out the fire quickly. People who don’t like change may not be a good fit.
