1. Business trip allowance: US$25–30 per day
2. Travel allowance after completing one year: NT$8,000
Cons
1. Regular finishing time is 9 p.m. at the earliest (regardless of whether there is a project)
2. Severe infighting within the software department and insufficient resources
3. No training plan whatsoever for new employees
4. Extremely low pay raises
5. They do not hire experienced candidates because they cannot afford to pay the salary
