Cons
1. The usual end of the workday starts at 9 p.m. (regardless of whether there is a project)
2. Severe infighting within the software department and insufficient resources
3. No training plan whatsoever for new employees
4. Extremely low salary increases
5. They do not hire experienced candidates because they cannot afford the salary
