Most people seem quite young
First point – The interview location was very strange. There were empty meeting rooms available, but they insisted on conducting the interview in a public area!
Second point – The interviewer was extremely fond of making grand promises. Before I had even joined the company, they said, “We hope you can lead a team in the future...”
Third point – During the interview, I saw someone, although I’m not sure whether they were a senior executive, who was extremely rude. They would simply open the door and start cursing at someone while the meeting was in progress.
Fourth point – It feels like they expect employees to be capable of everything, but the salary they offered was really nothing to write home about.
Fifth point – After the interview, I went back to the job site to look up the company and discovered that this small company had nearly 20 job openings!
Considering all of the above, I don’t think I’ll include it among my options!
