The company collects NT$30 per month from every employee as an honesty insurance fee, presumably because they are worried someone might steal data or something. Salary increases are basically not very substantial. I heard that after staying for a long time, there may be an opportunity to acquire company shares. All in all, it is a pretty good company to use as a stepping stone.
