I used to be in the Engineering Department, under the senior manager, so I’m not familiar with the situation in other departments. I think the work atmosphere is okay, and relations with colleagues and the workload are also okay.

The salary is very average, as is the year-end bonus, and there is only limited opportunity to learn. It feels like a stable job, but there isn’t much room for development.
