This company is located at No. 326, Dabutou Road, Guanyin, Shenzhen, China. The boss is named Zhan Yilang. This person is extremely insecure, which has led to an inflated ego. He is extremely harsh toward employees and often verbally abuses them. He does not sign labor contracts with Taiwanese employees or provide them with insurance, not to mention paying medical insurance premiums. He is extremely extravagant with himself, staying in five-star hotels on business trips and flying first class. He often flaunts this to Taiwanese employees, but when salaries are discussed, he says the company's performance is poor and has even claimed that he himself does not receive a salary.

Employees are always scheduled to take the earliest flight there and the latest flight back on business trips, or even the cheapest train (only costing you your personal time on Saturdays and Sundays).

He often criticizes employees' work in every possible way. Since he is not highly educated himself (perhaps only a junior-high-school graduate), he nevertheless expects others to listen to him. The decisions he makes are often repeatedly wrong, and in the end he still makes employees take the blame and bear responsibility for the mistakes.

He often goes back on his word. Things he has promised will change according to his mood, and he feels no remorse at all.
