1. Overtime is converted into compensatory leave.
2. Overtime may be required. According to the interviewer, during the peak season, each person handles 10 projects that must be completed within one month. During the off-season, there are approximately five projects, so the workload can be quite exhausting.
3. The salary during the probationary period is NT$28,000. There is a performance review every six months, during which you must write about your future plans. If the supervisor feels that you have improved and demonstrated ability, they said your salary may be increased by NT$1,000–3,000. (However, I saw on 104 that the monthly salary was listed as NT$30,000–50,000.)
