1. A certain department may have expanded too quickly. The manager's abilities have not yet caught up with the boss's expectations, and they are relatively lacking in the ability to lead their subordinates.

2. The female manager of that department is overly emotional; even something that could be said properly can be phrased extremely harshly.

4. The atmosphere in that department is like being in the military, except that everyone is female. Quite interesting.
