There are a ton of opportunities for overtime.

If a new hire who just joined is assigned to a mentor who works shifts,

they have to work shifts too.

The key point is that there is no allowance for it.

It would be understandable if new hires weren’t eligible for bonuses,

but they don’t even provide an allowance for working shifts alongside the mentor.

You only get 30 minutes for meals, which is not included in working hours.

Also,

even when you have annual leave, it’s not easy to get time off approved.
