Pros
The HR staff were very friendly. You first need to fill out your résumé and answer aptitude questions (all multiple-choice questions with two options), as well as create tables in Excel.
Cons
I did not feel uncomfortable during the interview. Even if you are not hired, they will still send a rejection email.
