Shipments are often concentrated at the end of the month because of company policies. The R&D team often ships things recklessly and then causes rework because of poor design. When something goes wrong, they make frontline employees take the blame—the standard kind of garbage. They also send messages without explaining how to handle things, leaving people at a loss. The more money they earn, the worse they are. Still, there are some capable and responsible people, which is a consolation, but the higher up you go, the fewer such people there are. A very typical corporation.
