Pros
The HR person who escorted me to the interview room was very friendly.
Cons
The interview was very formulaic. At a large company, aptitude and intelligence tests are unavoidable, and applicants for managerial positions must also take a professional-knowledge test. I recommend that anyone going for an interview do some preparation beforehand.
