1. The manager who conducted the interview was a nice person, but it felt like they had not received any formal training, and the questions were somewhat unfocused.
2. The company mainly produces packaging boxes (both flat and three-dimensional) for beauty products from Watsons, COSMED, and POYA.
1. The company operates under a responsibility-based work system.
2. Regarding salary, the company expects the compensation to be around NT$28,000 or less.
3. The company has around 20-something workstations, but no one was sitting at them, and they were piled high with miscellaneous items. I only saw three people working. I don't know whether this was due to high turnover or issues with the company's systems and compensation (still uncertain).
