The department supervisor and HR are both very serious about interviewing and recruiting. If you are not satisfied with this department, you can request an interview with a supervisor from another department.

My sincere suggestion is that it would be best to let interviewees actually take a look at the workpieces.

As long as they know how heavy the workpieces are, how long loading and unloading takes, and whether the work can actually be done, everyone will have a clear understanding.
