Some colleagues are very nice

1. Constantly pushing the boundaries of the Labor Standards Act. The boss is effectively the Labor Standards Act; everything depends on his mood, and sudden changes in policy are common.

2. A high welfare fund contribution is deducted every month (1% of salary), more aggressive than companies with a welfare committee. The fund is used for group meals, but this also depends on the boss’s mood and preferences, with employees having no say. When employees resign, their welfare fund contributions are simply treated as charitable donations....

3. Consultants who resign must return to the company in person to collect [their contributions]; if you do not come to collect them, that is your problem.

4. It calls itself an e-commerce company, but its hardware and software equipment are extremely poor. Many people would rather bring their own laptops.

5. No overtime pay is provided for exhibiting on holidays; they exploit employees under the pretext of changing work shifts.

6. The employee turnover rate is high. Anyone who has stayed for more than half a year is considered a veteran.

Vacancies are not filled when positions open up; instead, other employees are told to handle the work as an additional duty. If they do not know how, they are told to learn.... Employees are treated like tools.
