(1) Close to an MRT station (although it takes 5–7 minutes to walk).
(2) You can quickly find out that if a company's so-called general manager thinks SOPs are万能, you should leave that company as soon as possible.
(1) Boss = non-founder major shareholder = manager = general manager = only wants to protect his position = wants to be a local emperor = those who obey him prosper, and those who oppose him perish.
(2) The boss denies many things he has said, so it is best to record meetings.
(3) The boss always expects you to do two people's work by yourself—three people's work if possible—and will tell you that he is giving you an opportunity to learn. But as soon as you discuss your salary with him, he will tell you to leave. The salary is also generally below market rates.
(4) The turnover rate is notorious in the industry because the boss says that as long as there is an SOP, anyone can do the job. As mentioned above, there are endless reports to write because all he wants is for you to build SOPs. I previously heard that the company had legal counsel; after the boss used him to complete some contract templates, he sent him on extended leave and he never appeared again.
(5) The boss only wants two kinds of people: those who obey and those who can do what he wants. You cannot be too ambitious, because he is not serious about working with you. In the jargon of the underworld: if you take it seriously, you lose.
(5) The company mostly likes to hire recent graduates because they have no experience and do not know how to resist. (What I bestow upon you is yours.......)
(6) In summary: The boss thinks he is exceptionally talented and can simultaneously serve as general manager, chief human resources officer, chief legal officer, chief technology officer, chief operating officer, and customer service manager. Any position you can think of, he holds as well—and he is not joking about it~ He has to hold meetings every week with all the departments he has taken on.
You ask me why he can be so capable~~You've hit the blind spot! Because the company is not making money. If he did not act this way, how could he make his presence felt
and protect his position?
