No need to interview outside of working hours
During the interview, the interviewer was the only one asking questions. I was questioned for about an hour, but throughout the process, the interviewer did not say a single word about the company or the job, and then suddenly said that the interview was over.
The interviewee said they wanted to understand how work was divided within the department and asked whether they could consult the interviewer further about the job. The interviewer simply replied, “You’ll have a chance to find out later,” and immediately showed them out.
There was no follow-up afterward. After questioning me for an hour, they dismissed me casually. The interviewer did not explain anything about the company or the job and did not respond to the applicant’s questions. It felt extremely disrespectful.
