(1) Close to an MRT station. (Although it takes 5–7 minutes to walk.)
(2) The women at the company are generally quite attractive; after all, female bosses who aren't attractive aren't wanted. The men's looks are probably beyond saving, although there has been a trend of improvement as the dynasties change.
(1) Please beware of workplace sexual harassment.
(2) The boss loves changing orders from morning to evening, probably because he himself doesn't know what he's thinking.
(3) The boss always hopes you'll do two people's jobs by yourself—three, if possible. Yet the pay is generally below market rate.
(4) The turnover rate is famous in the industry. After leaving and interviewing at other companies, those companies will even ask you about it. (This is true; other companies really do ask.)
(5) The boss only wants two kinds of people: those who obey and those who can get things done. (If you obey but don't get things done, you can still stay for more than two years as long as you're good at putting on an act!)
(5) The boss once said that he thought ambitious people couldn't stay here. (So later he started looking for people without ambition, but he still never thought about why talented people couldn't be retained.)
(6) Summary: The boss thinks he is great and wonderful, and won't allow anyone to be better than him or present evidence to refute him. He is arrogant and complacent, and doesn't trust the people around him. Even if there is a department manager, the direct supervisor on your contract may not be your department manager—it may be the boss himself. If you're lucky, you'll encounter a good team after joining, but basically, there is no future here.
