1. Especially kind to employees at first
2. Basically follows the Labor Standards Act
3. The salary is fairly good
1. A certain female manager who will not be joining the company is very two-faced. She privately messages employees to fish for information, deliberately making negative comments about certain employees. If you agree and add comments about that employee, she will go tell the other person what you said about them. She is very good at sowing discord among employees. If both sides find out, she and the boss will privately call the employees in for a meeting, manipulate both sides, and push all the blame onto the employees.
2. If the boss and manager at this company suddenly take a dislike to you and want to get rid of you, they will not say so directly. Instead, they will deliberately make things extremely difficult for you at work and force you to resign.
3. Make sure to carefully verify the company’s labor insurance enrollment. Previously, the company was dishonest about its insurance coverage, resulting in losses to employees’ rights and benefits.
4. Basically, no employees at the company stay for more than a year and a half; lasting a year is already a great achievement. When asked during an interview why employee turnover is so high, the female manager always says it is the former employees’ fault.
5. When the boss encounters something they do not want to deal with, they avoid it and simply leave it unattended, making it difficult to follow up and resolve. This has always been an ongoing problem.
6. The boss likes assigning tasks for the next day after working hours, often between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. They may send them privately or in a group.
7. It is very difficult to identify the main point when the boss and female manager speak, and they contradict themselves, making it unclear what they are trying to say.
8. When you first join the company, they tell you one story; when they want to get rid of you, they tell you something completely different.
9. You cannot be too honest with the boss and manager. When you tell them everything, they may appear to support you, but when they take a dislike to you, they use everything you said as ammunition to attack you.
10. If the boss and female manager cannot find anything to use to smear you, they will make things up out of thin air, tell other employees how terrible you are, and portray you as completely worthless.
11. Basically, the boss is controlled by the female manager, and they are in league with each other. So do not think either of them will stand up for you—it is all a lie.
12. The boss and female manager like to play little tricks on employees, causing them to suspect one another and creating a very strange atmosphere in the company.
13. The boss and female manager are not very emotionally stable, especially when they are in a hurry. It is easy to get caught in the crossfire, and sometimes you are scolded for no apparent reason.
14. The boss and female manager say that everything can be discussed and that you can ask questions whenever you do not understand something. However, in practice, bringing things up only gets you scolded. Even when they really establish a procedure, it is extremely difficult and more troublesome to implement. Raising professional engineering issues may also lead to sarcastic remarks.
