The office atmosphere is a plus

After the one fixed day off and one flexible day off policy was introduced, in order to save costs (the resulting overtime pay),

a flexible work schedule is used to force employees to use up their compensatory leave within one month.

However, those at the managerial level and above are not subject to this restriction.

It is very unfair. Sometimes there is already more than enough work to do—

how are we supposed to take time off within that month?
