It can give you a sense of superiority.

I went for an interview a few months ago.

1. The HR representative seemed very careless and appeared to be hiring indiscriminately. They were supposedly looking for someone junior, yet they proactively invited a senior candidate and wasted their time. I had already looked at the job description beforehand, so I was mentally prepared. I went with the mindset of seeing what this long-established company was currently doing, so it wasn't too surprising.

2. The written test questions were so simple that you wouldn't want to waste time answering them—roughly at a fresh graduate's level—so I refused to take it.

3. The salary was, naturally, very junior-level. They emphasized that after completing one year, there would probably be a "chance" for it to reach only a little more than half of my expected salary.

4. During the first interview with someone who I believe was from HR, I had already stated my expected salary, but she did not specifically comment on it. Instead, after hearing my suggestions for modifying their product, she became interested and brought in another manager. She asked me to explain everything to him again from beginning to end so that he could hear my views on their product. However, the second interviewer left an extremely poor impression on me, so I did not offer many more suggestions about their product, lest the interview start to feel like free consulting work.

In short, unless you're a fresh graduate looking to gain experience and have no financial pressure, going with the mindset of making friends and seeing what it's like, I think it's better not to waste your time at this company. Even spending an hour there felt like a waste.
