This company is very mysterious. On the day of the interview, they tell you that the supervisor is abroad, then hand you two tests to complete. The tests are fairly simple. After you finish and submit them, they make you wait for an hour, then bring someone in to conduct the interview. As soon as he comes in, he immediately starts introducing the company—I had absolutely no idea who he was!!!

Then they draw conclusions about people in a very simplistic way:

“So, you’ll do XXX, XXX, and XXX, right?”

They interview people in this kind of disrespectful manner that disregards professional expertise.
