When new employees first join, there is no basic orientation to the workplace, and because they do not know who is who on their first day, they may greet people with a nod as a sign of acknowledgment, only to be scolded by a supervisor: “Don’t you know any manners? Don’t you greet the manager when you see them?”

During other conversations, the supervisor’s manner and choice of words were too direct, which felt very disrespectful.

The company places great emphasis on seniority! Really, really great emphasis!

When the general manager goes out, everyone has to escort them to the door and bow goodbye.

During the interview, I learned that the company had built an excellent corporate image and had lofty ideals,

so I entered the workplace with a strong desire to learn.

However, only after joining did I find out that, in addition to the duties of the position,

the job also included organizing and cleaning the company, answering phones, and packing shipments.

(Because the headquarters consists entirely of supervisors, the least senior employees naturally handle the most miscellaneous tasks.)

During the interview, I was told that the company would order lunch.

In fact, they neither asked for your preference nor offered a choice, and only asked you for payment after the meal arrived.
