Occasionally, the boss gives us a meal allowance to go out and eat something good.
1. There is no system or planning for new employee training, and the managers’ abilities are clearly insufficient.
2. There is a lack of manpower, and work is also poorly planned. We are often overwhelmed by urgent tasks, so staff cannot perform effectively in the right positions.
3. Almost everyone practically lives for the company, and we often communicate through messaging apps at night.
4. Mealtimes are irregular, and there is no break at noon. Work is considered far more important than eating or resting; taking time to eat or rest feels like a sin.
5. There are no pay slips available to view (they are kept by the supervisor); we can only find out the total amount from the ledger.
6. The company does not provide meals at lunchtime or during overtime, but occasionally the boss gives us a meal allowance to go out and eat something good.
