- Some colleagues are very easy to get along with; honestly, those people are the only good thing about this company

- Building on that, as long as you aren’t one of the emperor’s relatives, you can be sidelined and exiled to the frontier at any time if the major shareholders take a dislike to you

- The division of labor is uneven; some people are very idle while others are extremely busy. At this company, you either have nothing to do or an endless amount of work

- Don’t assume this company is a glamorous startup. Its benefits are unbelievably poor, and even the basic office is far from presentable

- Other than the relatively easygoing colleagues mentioned above, everyone else is very cliquish and exclusionary. The clique mentality is extremely strong, and political infighting never stops

- This company has a department called "BD - Business Development." The name sounds glamorous, but it is actually a product development department. The company’s power revolves around this department; if you don’t flatter them, prepare to suffer the consequences endlessly

- The company’s revenue has been declining day by day. Whenever a new competitor appears, the inside of the company descends into chaos, while the shareholder-managers are helpless and begin meddling randomly in internal affairs

- If you’re a fresh graduate, go to another company. This company isn’t worth spending one or two years of your time on

- If you love startups, this isn’t a startup—it’s a traditional industry company

- If you like challenges, go to another company. This company offers no challenges, only people making things difficult for you
