Bonus clawback system…
The salary is: base pay + bonus
Base pay (very low), bonus (the threshold is very high)
Even if you work extremely hard to reach the bonus threshold,
if a student requests a refund, the company will ask you to pay the money back…
This is the first time I’ve heard of a bonus being clawed back from an employee like this.
Then what did the employee’s hard work to achieve the performance targets count for at the time?
