Some colleagues are nice!
1. The company has very little structure, and the boss is an emotional person who will come up with excuses to deduct money whenever they are in a bad mood.
2. The employee turnover is extremely high. Someone resigns every few days, and major staff changes throughout the entire department are the norm.
3. There is no year-end bonus, no year-end bonus, no year-end bonus. The company only gives you a red envelope—just 500 for regular employees and 2,000 for managers.
4. The boss is incredibly stingy—stingy in every way! They skimp on alcohol, toilet paper, garbage bags, and everything else. When employees leave, they do not hire replacements; instead, they ask people without relevant experience to share the workload in order to save on personnel costs.
I advise everyone not to go to the interview and waste your time.
