Pros
The interview process was quick, and the HR representative and manager were very friendly. Salary and benefits were discussed on the day of the interview, and the details of the job responsibilities were also explained quite clearly.
Cons
As this is a traditional industry, the production floor is somewhat stuffy, and the internal operating methods are rather old-fashioned.
