1. The vast majority of employees can work normal hours, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.
2. The company complies with the regulations of the Labor Standards Act.
3. Suitable for those looking for a low-pressure job until retirement.
1. Unable to make any decisions; the work situation is like being a puppet under control. It is completely a case of nonprofessionals leading professionals.
2. The bosses do not trust employees’ expertise, so it is impossible to make full use of one’s strengths here.
3. The company does not foster employees’ career development. There are outrageous job rotations, such as transferring materials management staff to R&D and operators to R&D. The company only keeps demanding that employees give more, causing both the company and its employees to stagnate. Staying too long will make you less capable.
4. All company information is opaque, especially changes to the three annual holiday bonuses, benefits, and bonuses. Even mistaken payments are reclaimed.
5. The company has a very arrogant attitude. The bosses all think they have perfect systems and procedures and believe the company is large and professional, but in reality it is chaotic and only pretends to be professional. They treat erroneous past experience as fixed procedures.
6. Employees who frequently cause problems can still survive unscathed as long as they know how to put on an act. Their benefits will be no less than those of ordinary employees, resulting in the same things happening repeatedly. As long as you know how to act, it does not matter whether you can do the job.
7. People with poor abilities and no experience can also be promoted to managerial positions.
8. Many managers have no logic whatsoever. In fact, everyone is basically on an equal level, except for the general manager and the actual top boss.
9. Truly capable people who come here will quickly be frightened away. Sixty percent of those who remain are incompetent; the rest have other difficulties or reasons for staying.
