Relations among colleagues are fairly peaceful, without much vicious competition.

1. The job duties do not match the contract: I applied to be a marketing consultant (sales), but I also had to handle after-sales service (customer service). Sometimes I even had to do miscellaneous tasks for the supervisor (I didn't apply to be a sales assistant...). I had almost no personal time to rest and even had to work from home on weekends to find leads.

2. In principle, the company provides the leads for telemarketing, but this company now has such a bad reputation that the number of leads is getting smaller and smaller. In the end, the company stopped spending money to purchase leads and required telemarketing staff to find their own.

3. The company has no established procedures; in principle, whether leave is approved depends on the supervisor's mood.

4. When traveling for the company's trade show at the World Trade Center, the company only covered accommodation. Employees had to take care of their own food, daily necessities, and stationery.

5. Overtime is mandatory at the end of every month. Employees cannot take leave and cannot leave later than the supervisor.

6. Manager Liu leads the team through high pressure and humiliation and shows little respect for employees. Although the employee clearly had no habit of smoking, the manager still verbally bullied the sales employee and forced them to find a way to smoke; even someone who could not smoke had to learn. Every possible tactic was used to deceive customers into paying.

7. When the company's performance is poor, bonuses are deducted.

8. Instead of complying with the Labor Standards Act by allowing employees ten days to complete the handover, the company directly asked them to leave that same day so it could pay less monthly salary.

P.S. I worked there for half a year and was considered one of the more experienced salespeople who managed to stay, but the supervisor was very bad at managing people, so employees often did not stay long.
