Pros

Having previously worked in the HR department at this company, I speak from personal experience. I had also worked as an internal HR employee at other staffing companies, so I noticed many differences... I believe this company treats dispatched employees quite well. Internal employees all take professional courses, and because of our expertise, the benefits and compensation systems for dispatched employees are relatively comprehensive. The company also considers things from dispatched employees’ perspective. For jobs involving staffing arrangements, it honestly informs candidates and explains the differences. I think this shows respect for job seekers and dispatched employees... The company does not deceive people for business purposes, because our internal employees do not make money from dispatched employees in the first place...

Cons

I simply want other people to understand the differences involved in staffing work.

For dispatched employees: If someone feels that there are sometimes issues with working hours or other matters related to the Labor Standards Act or compensation, it is often because they need to comply with the regulations of the client company—the company where you will be working. Every client company has different rules; some are good and some are not. If our internal employees inform an employee that they want to help resolve an issue, dispatched employees should sometimes consider why the issue occurred (it is not necessarily the staffing company’s problem...)!

For internal employees: To be honest, there are relatively few formal guidelines for salary increases, and I believe this is the area most in need of improvement! No matter how long you have worked there, there is still very little difference in salary, which made me feel powerless and eventually led me to leave. If this aspect were changed, I think it would be a very good company!
