The annual leave allowance is quite good, and there are also plenty of overseas travel subsidies. The benefits are fairly good, the office environment is average, and the colleagues are all very nice.
The manager gives weight to seniority when listening to you. No matter how good your skills are, if you don't have "many" years of experience, they generally won't listen to you for long! They also won't let you finish speaking, which sometimes feels very disrespectful. What's stranger is that meetings are occasionally held during lunchtime, so don't be too surprised if you don't get a break at noon. Also, if you've been there long enough (for projects under trial maintenance), you'll basically be on call. In other words, if there's a problem, you'll have to go back to the office even when you're on leave. After work, stay available on LINE and Slack at all times—don't be too surprised. Other than that, everything is pretty good.
