The boss is extremely subjective and often says that we need to have an OPEN MIND at work. In practice, whenever you express a different opinion, they say that you do not respect them. Also, when proposals and promotions directed by the boss do not perform well in sales, they blame the employees and say that the employees handled things incompetently. When I was about to join, they kept saying there would be performance bonuses (but never explained the criteria for receiving them, while repeatedly saying, “Do you believe that I’ll give you a bonus?”... What kind of logic is that?). The worst part was being told directly on the same day not to come to work anymore. I heard from colleagues that a former employee also filed a complaint and went through mediation with the Labor Bureau for the same reason.
