2. The employee area is not air-conditioned all year round, so it does not get cold when cold fronts arrive.

1. Hourly wages during working hours, but a responsibility-based system after work -> Work starts at 8:30 a.m., and the time the boss expects employees to leave is 8:00 p.m.
2. They say overtime pay can be calculated, but the boss and the boss’s wife use different methods, and it absolutely will not comply with the Labor Standards Act.
3. If the decisions made at the boss’s meetings are inconsistent with how the boss’s wife actually implements them, the boss’s wife’s version takes precedence.
4. The boss usually holds meetings during the lunch break or before the end of the workday.
5. There are no meeting minutes or follow-up; you have to listen to the boss complain about how much less money the Labor Standards Act makes him earn.
