The managers are extremely lacking in common sense. They pretend to understand other industries but live entirely in their own world. The salary is laughably low, annual leave is only five days, and there is no overtime pay. The above violates the Labor Standards Act, yet they still talk about going public or being listed, which is ridiculous. They have made a bunch of verbal promises. It is undoubtedly a sweatshop.
