The HR representative had a good attitude and asked very clear questions about my past work experience. Even though it was in a different industry, they carefully asked about the details of my work and the nature of my position. I felt that the HR representative and/or manager had a very clear understanding of the hiring needs, providing a detailed description of the job responsibilities and the future development prospects of the position. Although I ultimately declined the offer, I still felt that it was a very pleasant interview experience.
