遠京企業股份有限公司
Pros

1. High-end hardware, with access to newer equipment.

2. No clock-in or clock-out system.

3. A 1.5-hour lunch break. Supposedly, it is about to be taken away.

4. Colleagues get along harmoniously and have good relationships.

5. A good choice if you lack patience and want to train yourself to be more patient, because things will be revised back and forth N times.

6. A good choice if you want to meet more friends, because employees are constantly replaced and then new university graduates are hired.

Cons

1) Personnel: High employee turnover

- The longest-serving employee currently has been there for about one year.

- In this small company with fewer than 10 employees, the entire staff is replaced with new employees in about a year.

2) Job content: Work arrangements and divisions are unclear; the boss is arbitrary and self-willed

- Each person takes on multiple roles, and the work is complicated. The boss only says that young people should learn more.

- Unable to accept employee opinions, the boss says that making suggestions is rude and that employees are too stubborn.

- The boss believes that whatever they consider correct is correct and does not listen to advice. Only after discovering a mistake themselves do they blame employees for failing to use their professional abilities to assess it.

- The boss likes to make grand promises. They do not consider whether things can actually be completed, and continually add to and modify project content, resulting in deliverables being impossible to submit at the last minute and delaying delivery to clients.

- Orders change from day to day; instructions are repeatedly revised. A single matter can be changed back and forth several times.

- Employees are required to work independently, yet the boss also wants to review everything. The boss is often out of the office but frequently looks for employees to discuss things just before the end of the workday.

3) Other

- Menstrual leave and sick leave are deducted from employees’ annual leave.

- Employees are required to use all their annual leave and are not allowed to exchange it for money.

- Because there is no clock-in system, there is no overtime pay for working beyond regular hours.

- Meetings are frequent, lengthy, and have no conclusions. The boss does all the talking and reminiscing.

- Salaries are confidential, and employees are required not to let other colleagues know.

- The boss is extremely emotional: they closely monitor employees and constantly criticize them.

*Employees are required to keep their desks tidy.

*If there is laughter during work, it is considered a sign that the workload is too light, and the employee may be asked to attend a “concern discussion.”
