The entire company has air conditioning.
There is a supermarket in the basement that provides free parking.
Labor and health insurance included; Saturdays and Sundays off.
There is a probationary period where you can burn with passion.
Overtime can be compensated with time off (but basically, there is rarely any opportunity to take it).
Leaving work on time (the scheduled time is 6 p.m., but in reality it’s 7 p.m.).
A comfortable working environment (but you can’t eat at the company because someone will make trouble).
There is only a water dispenser (no refrigerator).
The company is located on a high floor (there isn’t much leeway for clocking in).
