There really are none

The list is endless.

1. This company always publicly claims that it is an affiliated company of a major Japanese hotel (in reality, it is not a legitimate subsidiary).

2. It always publicly claims to have operated in Japan for 30 years (in fact, for the first 27 years it was merely a holding company).

3. The real estate properties it provides are all properties that can be found on public websites; they have absolutely no competitiveness whatsoever.

4. The female manager is an incompetent family-appointed executive who has an extremely high opinion of herself. Her standard opening remarks are always, “You Taiwanese people all [redacted]...” and “You Taiwanese people can’t keep up with our ideas and pace.”

You yourself lived in Japan for several years, yet your Japanese isn’t very good—not even good enough to have passed N1. You dare say that? I don’t even dare listen.

5. It always claims to guarantee a 14-month annual salary (but the bonuses are calculated using an extremely low base amount).

6. The office is practically a den of wolves, with a pile of artworks placed on platforms that look like a construction site.

This company is absolutely the biggest landmine of all.
