The company cats are very cute
1. The company is hard to find, located in an old apartment building with no sign.
2. The interview process was not very friendly.
3. The interviewer did not give the interviewee an opportunity to ask questions.
4. It was apparent that the female director was forceful and spoke directly. The hierarchical relationship between the employer and employee was clearly adversarial.
5. The entire interview felt like an attempt to intimidate the interviewee.
For example:
"Even if we pay a design assistant a little over 20,000, I feel like it's throwing money down the drain, because what can you contribute to the company if you can't do anything?"
"You should be grateful that the company is giving you an opportunity to learn."
6. Perhaps I was not a good fit for this company, which is why I had such a negative interview experience.
7. The above reflects solely my personal impressions of the interview and is provided for reference only.
