At the Xinzhuang Zhongzheng store, the manager does not allow employees to sit. The salary described during the actual interview was inconsistent with what was said afterward. There were issues with the staff. When I first applied for the pet department, I was told that the front desk would not interfere with the affairs of the floor staff. However, the cat-area employees worked the same shifts and had the same days off as the front-desk employee. They were extremely aggressive about taking sales credit, and the front-desk employee used aggressive tactics to help the so-called cat-area employee take sales credit. I was even threatened and subjected to harsh remarks!

When I reported this to the manager and store manager, they did not step in to mediate and only told me to endure it. They handled the matter passively and took no responsibility; frontline employees have virtually no rights.
