Some positions have very low turnover, but most of the desirable positions have probably already been claimed.
Advice for newcomers:
1. There are motivational chants in the morning, so newcomers will probably find it very strange at first.
2. Once you get used to that, you may encounter managers who are mediocre at their jobs, do not share the workload, but are very good at flattering others. (However, because they have been with the company for a long time, there is not much you can do about them.)
3. For certain positions, working overtime is the norm, with zero boundary between work and private life. Be prepared for having no quality of life.
4. Certain positions have very high turnover, and there must be more to the story. Remember to ask more questions during the interview.
