The supervisor was quite insightful and asked very relevant questions, unlike typical small companies that ask meaningless questions.

He also clearly explained what kind of candidate he was looking for and honestly told me that I did not fully meet his requirements, although I was still acceptable. He would continue interviewing other candidates to see whether he could find someone even more qualified.

I believe anyone who has the opportunity to join this company will be able to learn a great deal professionally.

Although I proactively asked during the interview whether I would receive an acceptance or rejection notice, I was told that if I did not hear anything within a month, it meant I had not been accepted. The waiting time is a bit long, but it is also a good thing that the company would rather leave a position unfilled than hire someone unsuitable.

Still, it would be better if the company could proactively send a notification.
